GRACE CITY PEOPLE

If the occurrence of a death or imminent death is near, you may be allotted bereavement time to visit a dying family member or attend a funeral, this time does not go against your vacation days.

• 2 days – Grandpa, Grandma, Granddaughter, Grandson
• 4 days – Dad, Mom, Brother, Sister, Son, Daughter (as well as stepdad, stepmom, stepson, stepdaughter)
• If you need more time, you are more then welcome to add on vacation days (and you can bypass our 45 day vacation request policy)
• In the case of an emergency or a death please inform your lead team member of the situation
• You may, but are not required to return work emails, calls, meetings etc.  Please inform your lead team member of any big work issues that are urgent.
